  Such a blast dancing wih my friends at I-Dance. I loved the freestyle dance today. -NJ

  Today we had a big conversation about how we stay safe when we are walking outside, and mentioned how to cross roads safely, not looking at our phone and that we stay with the person you are walking with I've had lots of scary things happen when I'm out, so I like to talk about it Kb

 In mosaics I have started a Christmas decoration for my house. I chose beads that were green red and whatever else I thought was pretty. They came out so cute! MB

  We have been looking at looking after ourselves and being great friends. So we wrote kind things about ourselves and our friends. Tara is kind and funny KB

  I like doing lifeskills with my friends, it was lots of fun talking about ideas about our health. I did some awesome writing these ideas down KB

  Todays dance session was SO much fun! I even performed a solo dance for everyone and tried out the Ballet! I'm having so much fun -NJ 

  Today in life skills we talked about all the ways we keep our bodies healthy. We talked about exercise, diet and sleep. I can move my body everyday! I can eat different types of foods to fuel my body! I can rest! 🍏🤸‍♀️
